Real Bride Spotlight: Arielle

Updated: Mar 13, 2020

High school sweethearts Arielle and Hunter were wed at the beautiful Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in front of friends and family. Their ceremony was classically elegant and filled with beautiful, raw emotions reflecting their amazing commitment to one another! Read more about their special day below.

Hunter and I met our Sophomore year in high school and dated all through high school and college. Last May, for my birthday, Hunter took me to Gatlinburg, TN, one of my favorite getaway places, and proposed to me in Downtown Pigeon Forge. There were a so many people there as well as a secret photographer who captured the moment!

Our overall wedding theme was classic elegance. We go married at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort and loved the classy feel that our venue gave us. Our colors were rose gold, gold, navy blue, and blush pink. The maid of honors dresses were rose gold and the mother of the groom had gold accents incorporated into her look. The men’s tuxedos and mother of the bride dress were navy, and all of our flowers, as well as the groom's pocket square, were blush pink.

My favorite memory from my wedding day was seeing Hunter cry as I walked down the aisle towards him. My favorite part of my dress was the lace and the sparkly belt. I actually found my gown online and ordered it into the store before I ever even tried it on, because I knew the second I saw it, it was going to be my dress. I was drawn to the silhouette, the unique lace and the pop of sparkle on the belt. My husband's only request was that it would make my booty pop, and it surely did that.

Dress shopping was the first thing I wanted to do in my wedding planning process. I actually had to tell myself to relax, because I got engaged 14 months before the wedding, but I just didn't want to wait! I found Wedding Angels by going on Essense of Australia’s website, and looking for all the boutiques near me that carried that brand. Wedding Angels was the ONLY shop that offered to order my dress into the store for a small deposit to try it on, and if I didn't like it I could use that money towards anything else in the store.

Wedding Angels gave me the best experience a girl could ask for! I wouldn’t recommend any other boutique. Leslie was absolutely wonderful when she helped me try on my gown for the first time. Alicia, is the best you can get. She was always so attentive and available for all my needs and questions. My groom's fitting went awesome, and he even got his tux for free since we purchased over six tuxedos at Wedding Angels. The staff were truly the best people I have ever worked with!
