Do you require appointments?

We do work by appointment so that we can give you the full Wedding Angels Experience! When you book an appointment with us you are reserving a private or semi-private fitting room and the time and attention of one of our experienced consultants.  Your consultant will guide you as you peruse our wide variety of bridal gowns, help you in and out of the gowns you choose to try on, and offer her expertise as you make your final selection when you find THE wedding dress of your dreams!

Question 2

How long will my appointment last?

Accepted Answer

You will have one and a half hours with your bridal consultant to shop our extensive inventory  and try on gowns.  Wait until you see the magic that can happen in 90 minutes!

Question 3

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you arrive on-time for your appointment.  If you arrive early or late, we will do our very best to accommodate you.  However, because we typically have appointments scheduled immediately prior and immediately following your appointment, early or late arrivals may result in a need to reschedule.

Question 4

Who should I invite to shop with me?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who is special to you is special to us!  Just remember that large groups can be overwhelming and cause undue stress for you as the bride.  We suggest that you bring your nearest and dearest.  People who you are confident will be true to your personal style and letting this be your time to shine!  Once you find your wedding dress we can invite a larger group in for a follow-up appointment to show them the wedding gown you chose!

How far in advance should I shop for my wedding dress?

Accepted Answer

The wedding gowns take from 4-8 months to come in after they’re ordered, depending on the wedding dress designer and time of year.  The best case scenario is to place your wedding dress order 9-14 months or more before your wedding.  With rush delivery options and gowns out of the collection for you to take home that day, we can certainly work within a shorter timeline!  Your wedding gown sets the tone for the entire rest of your planning- it all starts with the wedding dress!

How does payment work for my wedding dress?

Accepted Answer

We accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit card). We request that you pay for your wedding gown in full at the time of purchase.  If you prefer to leave only a deposit,  a 60% deposit is required to order your wedding gown and the remainder is due 90 days after you place your order.  Wedding dresses sold off-the-rack will need to be paid for in full.

Question 7

What do you recommend for undergarments?

Like Mama always says- wear decent underwear, you never know who’s going to see it! Your consultant will be in & out of the fitting room to help you into each gown, so wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and any shapeware you’d like to wear are a great starting point.

Can I bring food and drink?

Accepted Answer

With the exception of water, we ask that you do not bring food or drink into the boutique. After All, we have a boutique full of white and ivory dresses, and we want them to stay in beautiful condition for all of our brides!

Question 9

What if I live out of state?

Accepted Answer

Wedding Angels proudly serves brides in all states and sometimes internationally!  We are happy to help coordinate pickup for travel, or ship your gown to you for a fee.  Many of our out-of-town brides even chose to travel back and forth to complete alterations with our recommended seamstress.  (Special arrangements must be made in advance, but we’re happy to do it!)

Can we look at Mothers dresses during our bridal appointment?

We love to start with our focus completely on the bride!  While we are a full service bridal boutique, we rarely have time to work with styling the Mothers of the wedding party during a first time bridal shopping experience.  Once the bridal appointment is in full swing, our brides are changing in and out of multiple gowns and we’d hate for anyone with her to miss the first look at what could be THE dress because of any distractions.

What sizes are your sample wedding dresses?

We pay special attention to having a range of sizes for our brides, no matter their body type, and because of that,Wedding Angels has hundreds of wedding gowns in our collections ranging across every size category.  We also have more than 100 sample wedding gowns in our plus size collections ranging from sizes 18-34.

What do I need to know if I’m a plus size bride?

Just that you’ve come to exactly the right place!  Our team is passionate about finding the gown that makes you feel more beautiful than you knew possible.  With over 100 plus size wedding dress samples in size 18-34, you will have a selection that is second to none in an environment that makes you relaxed and excited about the process of finding your dream wedding dress!
